1. Shipping Destinations Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to international destinations, P.O. Boxes, or Military Addresses (APO/FPO) at this time.

2. Shipping Cost

  • Standard Shipping: 100% FREE on all orders across the United States.

  • There are no minimum purchase requirements, hidden fees, or handling taxes applied at checkout.

3. Transit, Handling & Order Cutoff Time To ensure absolute transparency, our delivery window is broken down into handling time and transit time:

  • Order Handling Time: 1 - 2 Business Days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed during the weekend or on public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

  • Transit Time: 7 - 13 Business Days (Monday to Friday).

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 8 - 15 Business Days.

  • Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM (EST - Eastern Standard Time). Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will be treated as if received on the following business day.

Please note: Shipping times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Transit times can vary slightly due to carrier delays or peak holiday seasons.

4. Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched from our automated fulfillment centers, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your package in real-time. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's portal.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages If you receive your order damaged, or if your package is officially declared lost by the carrier, please contact our support team immediately at support@stylemusehub.com. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, and we will arrange a replacement or refund for you swiftly.
