ORDER & PAYMENTS

1. What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and JCB. We also support secure digital wallets such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal.

2. Is my payment information secure? Absolutely. Your security is our top priority. Our store is built on Shopify and utilizes 256-bit SSL encryption to protect your data. We are certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant, meaning your raw payment details are fully encrypted and never stored on our servers.

3. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? Because we strive to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible, we can only accommodate cancellations or modifications within 1–2 hours of your purchase. Once our automated fulfillment centers begin handling your order, we cannot cancel it. If your order has already shipped, you can initiate a standard return once it arrives.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

4. How much do you charge for shipping? Shipping is 100% FREE on all orders across the United States. There are no minimum spending limits, handling fees, or hidden surcharges at checkout.

5. Where do you ship your products from? To guarantee the fastest possible delivery times, our logistics are fully automated. We dispatch our clothing, shoes, bags, and perfumes directly from our partner fulfillment hubs located right here in the United States (New Jersey & California).

6. How long will it take to receive my order?

  • Order Handling & Processing: 1 - 2 Business Days (Monday to Friday).

  • Transit/Shipping Time: 7 - 13 Business Days (Monday to Friday).

  • Total Estimated Delivery: 8 - 15 Business Days.

7. Do you provide tracking information? Yes! As soon as your package leaves our fulfillment center, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a live tracking link. Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to update the tracking information on their portal.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

8. What is your return policy? We offer a transparent 30-day return policy. You have exactly 30 days from the date your package was delivered to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Please note: Perfumes and fragrances must be completely unopened with the original plastic seal intact due to hygiene and safety regulations.

9. Do I have to pay for return shipping?

  • If it’s our mistake: If you receive a damaged, defective, or completely incorrect item, StyleMuseHub covers 100% of the return costs or sends a free replacement.

  • If it’s a personal preference: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, wrong size ordered, or buyer's remorse, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

10. How do I start a return? Please do not send your item back to the address on the shipping label. To initiate a return, email us at support@stylemusehub.com with your Order Number. Our human support team will guide you through the process and provide the correct US return address within 24-48 hours.

11. When will I receive my refund? Once your return is received and inspected at our center, we will process your refund immediately. A credit will automatically be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
