Refund policy

At StyleMuseHub, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your fashion items, shoes, bags, or fragrances, we are here to help. We offer a transparent 30-day return window from the date your package is delivered.

1. Eligibility Criteria for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and protective seals intact.

  • Perfumes & Fragrances: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes can only be returned if they are completely unopened, unused, and still sealed in their original plastic wrap.

2. Non-Returnable Items Please note that gift cards and items explicitly marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or refunded.

3. How to Initiate a Return Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the address listed on the shipping package. To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email our human support team at support@stylemusehub.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return (attaching photos is highly recommended if the item is damaged or incorrect).

  2. Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.

  3. Once approved, we will send you the exact Return Shipping Address and specific instructions on how to send your package.

Note: Any item sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), StyleMuseHub will cover 100% of the return shipping costs or provide a free replacement.

  • If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., buyer's remorse, wrong size ordered, or didn't like the style), the customer will be responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Refunds Processing Once your returned item is received at our center and inspected by our team, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your package. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the item's condition.

If approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.) within 5 to 7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take some additional time to post the refund to your account.
